Wesley Gonzalez is the Chief Operating Officer of Cadre AI, where he leads the business' operating engine that translates Cadre's expertise into a library of repeatable, productized AI solutions. He brings a private equity-backed operator's discipline and rigor to a fast-scaling business, aligning the systems, standards, and teams that turn ambitious growth targets into durable, profitable execution. Prior to joining Cadre AI, Wesley was responsible for the Strategy, Finance / Accounting, HR, and IT functions at brightfin, an IT expense management platform, and led the sale of the business from the Periscope Equity portfolio to Silversmith Capital Partners in a combined COO/CFO role. Earlier, Wesley served on the investment team at Forté Ventures and in Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations practice, where he advised clients on global M&A transformations from diligence through synergy planning.
